Mr. Adedapo Adekoje is the President/Chairman of Council of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.
He is a versatile, multi-talented executive and business leader with qualitative experience in management, finance, sales, marketing and administration. A graduate of Hull University and East London University, both in the United Kingdom, Adedapo has held various positions in leading companies including MD/Chief Executive Officer, General Manager, Consultant and Senior Marketing Manager. He is proficient in re-engineering and restructuring companies to boost sales and profitability.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Adedapo has served the institute diligently over the years as a member of the governing Council, Chairman of Annual Conference Committee, 2nd Vice President and 1st Vice President , among others.

Mr. Patrick Adebayo Ajayi is the Managing Director/CEO of Woodland Capital Markets Plc. He qualified as a Stock Broker in 2004 and worked with Surport Services Limited-[a stockbroking Firm] prior to joining Woodland Capital Markets Plc. in 2013. He helped to turn around the fortunes of Woodland Capital Markets PLC when he joined in 2013 as part of the new Management Team.

Dayo has worked in various roles as an Investment Manager with over 14 years of experience and joined Greenwich Asset Management Limited as its Managing Director in 2015. Prior to Greenwich, he worked as the head of investments and lead portfolio manager at Chapel Hill Denham Management for 4 years. Before Chapel Hill Denham, Dayo worked at Afrinvest (West Africa) Limited for 6years, exiting in 2012 as the Head of Wealth Management, where he worked with several top-grade corporates and HNIs to achieve their investment goals.
As a Fund Manager, Dayo co-managed and led the restructuring of the Nigeria International Debt Fund (Nigeria’s first $-denominated mutual fund) into a Naira denominated Bond Fund in 2009 and recently led the team that created the first and only publicly-raised fund (unit trust) targeting investment in Nigeria’s entertainment sector in October 2017. His other fund management experience includes managing Nigeria’s first gender- specific mutual fund (Women’s Investment Fund), several equity-based, money market and balanced funds.
Dayo recently served as an executive committee member of Fund Managers Association of Nigeria, chairing the sub-committee on Regulation and Ethics. He was recently appointed as a fellow of the Institute of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers (IAPM) and is a student member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers

Prof. Uche Uwaleke PhD, FCA, ACS, ACIB, ACTI, ACMR, MNES
Professor of Finance and Capital Markets, Nasarawa State University Keffi, Nasarawa, Nigeria
Uche Uwaleke is a Professor of Finance & Capital market and the current Head of Banking & Finance Department at the Nasarawa State University Keffi where he is also the Director of Quality Assurance. He is the first Professor of Capital Market in Nigeria.
Prior to joining Nasarawa State University as a pioneer staff in the faculty of Administration, he had worked as an Investment Banker with Lombard Assets Management Limited as the Head of Research and Private Banking.
A multi-disciplinary Scholar and a thorough-bred Professional, he holds a B.Sc degree in Accounting, an M.Sc in Economics (specializing in Finance) and a PhD in Finance. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Chartered Banker and a Chartered Stockbroker. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, the Institute of Capital Market Registrars and the Nigerian Economic Society.
His community services comprise engagements by the Central Bank of Nigeria, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Inland Revenue Service and the German Technical Cooperation.
Professor Uwaleke is on the Editorial Board of the Nigerian Journal of Securities Markets, a publication of SEC Nigeria and also a member of the Advisory Council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He sits on the Board of Peace Capital Market Limited as Non Executive Director.
He has authored/co-authored over 60 articles in referred local and international journals including 10 books among which are ‘’Contemporary Issues in Capital Market Studies’’ and ‘’An Insight into the Nigerian Capital Market’’. He regularly features on national Radio and Television talk shows on finance and the economy.
Regional Director, AFEX Commodities Exchange (West Africa)
Ayodeji Balogun currently serves as the Country Manager for AFEX Commodities Exchange Limited (AFEX Nigeria) and the Business Lead for Africa Exchange Holdings Limited in West Africa, where he is pioneering the development of a private sector led commodities exchange and warehouse receipt system. He doubles as the Product Development Manager, leading value chain development in the Agriculture Sector in Africa.
He is an MBA graduate of the Lagos Business School and has a first degree in Mechanical Engineering. Before this,Ayodeji grew up as an entrepreneur, starting commodity trade in his teenage years, and managing his family owned commodities trading business with turnover in excess of USD15 million.
He worked as an associate at Doreo Partners where he contributed to the development of Nigeria’s Agriculture Transformation Plan (in 2011) and the design of Doreo’s flagship impact investment – Babangona – a farm franchise out-grower scheme currently with 20,000 farmer membership and has witnessed farmers yield triple and income levels increase by over 200%.
Before joining AFEX, Ayodeji supported several private sector enabling policy initiatives at the Tony Elumelu Foundation including designing the Nigerian National Competitiveness Council and drafting a bill to regulate the non-profit sector in Nigeria.
Ayodeji Ebo is the Managing Director of Afrinvest Securities Limited with over 12 years of experience in Economic, Finance and Investment Research. Prior to his appointment, he led the Investment Research team for over 3 years and worked in the Investment Banking Division for 1 year.
